Responsibilities:

Gen Z Engagement: Engage with Gen Z customers through various digital channels, including our website, social media platforms, instant messaging, and email. Leverage your understanding of their preferences to provide personalized and exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries, virtual vehicle tours, and online purchase processes.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with Gen Z customers by demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs and preferences. Utilize digital communication platforms to connect and engage with customers, building trust and loyalty through effective communication and tailored experiences.

E-commerce Sales: Effectively guide Gen Z customers through the e-commerce sales process, providing assistance with online vehicle selection, financing options, and facilitating virtual test drives. Utilize digital tools, such as virtual reality, interactive vehicle configurators, and online chat support, to enhance the online purchasing experience.

Product Presentations: Master the features, advantages, and benefits of Ford vehicles to create compelling online presentations. Utilize multimedia tools, including videos, images, and interactive content, to engage and educate Gen Z customers about our vehicle lineup and its cutting-edge technology.

Sales Process Management: Utilize our CRM system and digital platforms to manage leads, track customer interactions, and ensure efficient follow-up. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate vehicle deliveries and provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process.

Continuous Learning: Embrace opportunities to learn and develop your automotive knowledge and sales skills. Participate in training sessions, both online and in-person, provided by our dealership to enhance your understanding of Ford vehicles, customer service techniques, and e-commerce strategies.

Requirements:

Gen Z Focus: We are specifically seeking candidates from the Gen Z age group (born between the late 1990s and early 2010s) to effectively connect with our target audience.

Passion for Cars: Genuine interest in automobiles, with a strong enthusiasm for Ford vehicles. Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, technologies, and Ford's product offerings.

Positive Attitude: A positive mindset and eagerness to learn are essential. No previous automotive sales experience is required; we welcome individuals with no work experience who are motivated to succeed.

Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using digital tools, online platforms, and e-commerce systems. Proficiency in social media platforms, video conferencing, and other digital communication channels is essential.

Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and trust virtually. Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is advantageous but not mandatory.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, supporting fellow team members and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for occasional onsite tasks such as vehicle deliveries and customer interactions.

We Offer:

  • Commission-based position with income draws twice per month.
  • 5-day workweek, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (closed on Sundays).

Pay: $36,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
